Changing The Light-Bulb

Jamal was studying in his room with the light on.

Suddenly heard a ‘pop’ sound and the light went out. Obviously the light-bulb in this room had blown for the lights outside his room were still was.

Jamal got up and left his room. He had to get a new bulb to replace the broken one.

He returned to his room using a torch- light to show the way. He then turned off the light-switch and located the broken bulb.

Carefully Jamal removed the bulb and inserted a new one in place.

Having done that, he walked over to the light-switch and turned it on. Ah, wonderful, the light came on once again.
